The Group of Percussion Meninos do Morumbi is formed by pupils that attend the percussion lessons, playing different types of instruments such as: surdo, timbal, caixa, tambor de mina . Beyond the infinity of ethnic instruments such as: congas, shakers, agogô, atabaque, timbales, doll, djembe, alfaia,
tambourine ,talkindrum , guirro, 
tantan, triângulo, cowbell and instruments of effect. All these instruments enrich the musical arrangements produced by the musician and teacher of the band, Flávio Pimenta.
