The Program Family and its Contexts was elaborated through the practice developed since 1996 that has always prioritized the families as public target of the formative and transformative actions and aims to act as reference in the implantation of public politics and to ensure the access of the families to contexts of reflection action, for them to become authors and protagonists of the best actions to face the challenges of the daily life.
To the families is offered a differentiated space of listening and receiving through individual interviews, thematic forums, multifamily meetings, attendances in situations of crisis and conductions to psychological attendance with professionals that are part of our staff. At these moments of meeting, the families bring to the project their necessities, concerns and confrontations towards the problems. These shared information directs the actions of the Family Programs and its Contexts has as objective to create an exchange space that make possible to these families to discover positive exits to the challenges in the education of their children, extending the familiar resilience.

The actions are developed by a group of voluntary professionals through different strategies: communitarian therapy, socio-dramas, group meetings, focal groups etc. The prioritized subjects in this semester raised through a survey with the families, have been the following ones: Education of children: Limits, Unreliability, and Sexuality with the participation of the families, their children and educators of the project and problems brought by the families. All the work has the consultancy of Dra. Rosa Maria Stefanini de Macedo, coordinator of the Nucleus of Family and Community of the PUC-SP that acts in the planning and evaluation of the activities. All the practice has as objective the systematization and the families' participation in a pro-active form in the elaboration and evaluation of the implanted projects.
Os temas priorizados, levantados através de consulta às famílias foram os seguintes nesse semestre: Educação de filhos: Limites, Insegurança, Sexualidade com a participação das famílias, seus filhos e educadores do projeto, situações problema trazidas pelas famílias.
