It is the result of the partnership between the Association Meninos do Morumbi and the Teletech, the Project Young Choices in Connection with the Future was a pilot project of professional qualification in the area of call center, in the customer service focus on the young between 15 and 18 yers

The improvement of the language, verbal and writing and the verbal expression have been prioritized in the strategies developed with the young in a first stage, beyond the development of the good professional behavior, where varied subjects have been boarded around the interpersonal conviviality in an enterprise environment.

In the second stage, a specific training, developing items as the language of the consumer, techniques for the good attendance, technological tools, processes of monitoring, simulated mini-operation and corporative areas, with an excellent team of training of the Teletech , was developed with the young.

We have 11 young working for Teletech currently. This project changed into the Program Connection with the Future and other partnerships have been developed through the Teletech Institute.
