The world goes through constant transformations and has been changing, also, the human capital demanding each day more beings with untiring disposal in the search of information, endowed with critical sense, of creativity and initiative.

The formation of young needs a repertoire that prioritizes the person, the citizen and the future worker and that it consider the relational, informational and of capital values.

The developed methodology has as reference the constructivist system theory and the intervention in nets that has shown capability to articulate different people, families, histories, knowledge and abilities in a harmonic form, making possible the growth of the forming and transforming actions.

From this proposal that has been guiding the development of our actions with our young and considering that the participation is not something of "universal character", is a social construction and multiple cultural, submitted to values and circumstances of the context, which will need the principles that will guide this process: an education for values, the main role and the enterprising of these young.

The vision of the micron and the macro context in a systemic form has made possible the integration of people, scenes and action in a recursive form. This has been our line of action with our children and young prioritizing the intervention in multiple contexts, articulating different knowledge and negotiating diverse meanings.

For the best reach of our objectives we develop programs, projects and activities that are monitored and evaluated and prioritize the results with quality. We count on partnerships with the academic context through the accomplishment of researches that are present as referential of our actions.
